Nelson Serieux - Singer/ Song Writer

Nelson Serieux is a multi talented artiste whose music is a fusion of Pop, Rock, Hip Hop and Reggae. However, unlike many of his contemporaries, he uses reggae as a base for his musical explorations instead of as a straitjacket, for Nelson each song must be true to itself and not just the conventions of a genre. His main influences includes The Beatles, Bob Marley, Prince, Sam Cooke and T-Pain. Nelson grew up in the village of Mon Repos in the South of St. Lucia. He showed an interest in music early, mainly due to the influence of his parents, his mother taught music and his father was an avid music listener. Nelson began his music career in high school where he attained the rank of first violinist in the school band. It was here that his musically career began by initially doing covers at school before eventually starting to write his own material at the age of sixteen. In addition to his strong emphasis on producing high quality studio recordings, Nelson is noted for his strong live performances which have endeared him to fans at every venue he performs, from acoustic sets in small cozy clubs to large outdoor concerts, including the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival also opening for Jamaican reggae stars I Wayne, Gyptian in addition to Shurwayne Winchester, Soca Queen Alison Hinds and Rah Digger out of The Flip Mode Squad St.Lucia music awards winner and multiple nominee has been creating a buzz for himself by travelling the Caribbean the US and the UK. His brave yet overwhelming likable personality has allowed Nelson to touch the hearts of fans and the attention of executives in the music industry.

Davina Lee - Film Maker

With over a decade of experience as a Film Maker, Davina has produced and directed a variety of Music videos all of which have been featured on regional TV stations including Tempo and RETV. Take you home by Shayne Ross, her very first video made it to BET and won best music video at the inaugural Saint Lucia Music Awards. Her most recent film 'Coming of Org' will be featured at one of the world's most acclaimed film festivals - Cannes Film Festival in France for 2012.

Stephen Wiltshire - Artist

Stephen Wiltshire is an artist who draws and paints detailed cityscapes. He has a particular talent for drawing lifelike, accurate representations of cities, sometimes after having only observed them briefly. He was awarded an MBE for services to the art world in 2006. He studied Fine Art at City & Guilds Art College. His work is popular all over the world, and is held in a number of important collections. Diagnosed Autistic at the age of 3, his first words were paper and pencil. He is famed for his 18ft detailed to scale drawing of the New York skyline - drawing completely from memory after a 20 minute helicopter ride. Stephen's mother is St.Lucian, with a Bajan father. Darvin Edwards - International High Jump Athlete

Darvin Edwards (born 11 September 1986) is a Saint Lucian competitor in men's High Jump. Darvin was born in Castries.

Darvin holds the St Lucia National Record for men's High Jump. His career best mark of 2.31m, in Daegu, South Korea at the 2011 IAAF World Championships in Athletics is also the record for the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States.

Annaliese Dayes - Model and Presenter

Annaliese began her modeling career at the age of 13 and her extensive experience includes work with beauty and fashion brands, large sports companies, as well as other established institutes. These include, Ponds Skincare, Jemma Kidd, Nichole De Carle, Louis Mariette, Nike, Adidas, Puma and The Great British Hairdressser.

Annaliese had gained invaluable experience interviewing the likes of, Janet and Jermaine Jackson, Kelly Rowland, Kimberly Wyatt, to name but a few. Back in 2009 she lined up as one of the 13 contestants on Living TV’s Britain’s Next Top Model which consequently lead to her being made into a Top Model All Star and asked to go to LA to compete on America’s Next Top Model British invasion at the end of 2011. This premiered in the US on the 29th of February 2012 on the CW network, and will be broadcasted on Sky Living in the UK in September followed by 88 countries around the world throughout the coming year.

Annaliese’s introduction to radio began with making it to the final 5 of the Kiss Radio presenter search in 2011. This was closely followed by her current engagement that is presenting the breakfast show on Bang Radio

Frances Iona Erlinger-Ford - Campaigner for Women's and Children's Rights

For her contribution to addressing the problem of domestic violence against women and children in our society, Fraces Iona Erlinger-Ford was short listed for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2005. Another to add to our list of Nobel Prize worthy St.Lucians!
